Our Management Philosophy:
Committed to environmentally conscious, sustainable building practices,
we welcome technical challenges and the difficulties inherent
in executing a complex structural & aesthetic vision. One
or both Partners of our firm supervise each project allowing us
to provide the in-depth technical & practical knowledge necessary
to execute a complex scope.
As Construction Managers, General Contractors, and Capital Project
Consultants, we believe the most effective way to assist the Architect
& Client/Owner is by bringing a strategic-planning focus into
the construction process. This is accomplished by combining early
evaluation services and phased construction schedules with a broad
knowledge and proficiency in specialty construction techniques
& new technologies.
What Sets Us Apart:
Every great project requires a team of individuals with intelligence,
ability, and a desire to collaborate. In order to create this
environment, we achieve an effective balance between our own skilled
craftspeople and carefully selected sub-contractors, maintaining
a moment-to-moment understanding of how each construction discipline
inter-relates to another, facilitating a constant and effective
flow of information among the architect, trades, and the client/owner.
We began our careers as Cultural Institution Client Representatives,
Program & Facility Managers, and Capital Project Facilitators.
This background affords us the kind of client-focused perspective
that can only be developed having experienced and resolved for
ourselves the challenges that can emerge during and after the
construction process.
Our hands-on experience in new construction and building renovation
embraces a wide range of technologically-friendly and aesthetically
complex project components including such sub-specialties as decorative
& structural steel installation in residential & commercial
applications; decorative plaster techniques & custom concrete;
home automation & integrated systems; professional kitchens;
climate controlled environments; bathroom spas & water elements;
mosaic tile & stone work; and historic preservation &
façade restoration. |
